Gary L. "Rusty" Harter joined the love of his life on Friday, January 12th at 5:55. Rusty was preceded in death by his wife Louise, his parents Paul H and Helen (Jones) Harter, His brother Larry and his Sister Pam.
He is survived by his five children, Scott, Skip, Shawn, Ginger and Shannon. Grandchildren, Carla, Shelley, Garrett, Justin, Es,, Corey, Olivia, and Max.. Greatgrandchildren Toby, Lyle, Demi, Lennon, Vincent and Rune. Several step-grandchildren and every stray cat in Mt. Summit.
