The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is once again nominated as one of the best museums in the country for USAToday/10Best reader's poll.

"The USAToday expert panel selected The Children's Museum of Indianapolis as a contender for Best Children's Museum," Kimberly Harms, director of media and public relations for the Children's Museum shared in a statement Tuesday.

'We have the world's best children's museum,' author John Green says

In an online interaction on last month, Indianapolis-based author John Green had shared a Tik Tok video discussing why he loves Indianapolis and "good museums" made the list.

The Children's Museum replied in the comments "Indianapolis represent."

"Also we have the world's best children's museum," Green replied back to them.

How to vote for the Indianapolis Children's Museum

The USAToday/10Best contest launched Jan. 15 and voting ends Feb. 12. Voters can submit a vote once a day through the end of the contest on multiple devices and on social media.

Readers can vote for their favorite children's museum and view all the other categories at 10best.usatoday.com/awards.

Conner Prairie was also nominated in the category of Best Open Air Museum.

Winners will be announced on 10Best at noon on Feb. 23.

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Wednesday, June 24, 2020. The museum has allowed employees and donor members to start to visit with changes for safety as it works towards reopening to the general public.
