NBA All-Star Game 2024 will include knockout competition for kids
Since the Indiana Pacers are hosting the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, they want the entire state involved in the run-up to the Feb. 18 game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The host committee has announced a statewide knockout competition to be held during select high school boys and girls basketball games. The winner of each competition will receive a limited-edition NBA All-Star basketball, two tickets to NBA Crossover during All-Star weekend, as well as an invitation to a final knockout competition during All-Star weekend at Bicentennial Unity Plaza.
As part of the competition, Indiana Fever guards Grace Berger and Lexie Hull will attend these upcoming high school basketball games:
∎ Jan. 23, Tuesday, Castle at Evansville Mater Dei (boys game)
∎ Jan. 25, Thursday, Angola at Warsaw (girls game)
∎ Jan. 26, Friday, Greenwood at Perry Meridian (girls/boys games)
∎ Feb. 9, Friday, Roncalli at Heritage Christian (boys game)
∎ Feb. 10, Saturday, Lawrence Central at Ben Davis (boys game)
∎ Feb. 13, Tuesday, Indiana Math & Science at Eminence (boys game)
